The ACI Foundation announced the addition of new volunteers to its Concrete Innovation Council (CIC). The CIC identifies technologies and innovations that provide needed solutions for the concrete industry and helps implement their use when appropriate. The council comprises a diverse set of industry representatives, including material suppliers, architecture and engineering firms, contractors, academics, owners, and regulatory organizations. These professionals bring a wealth of experience and commitment to advancing the concrete industry. Their contributions will be vital in guiding the Foundation's strategic initiatives and programs.
The new volunteers include:
- Cesar A. Constantino, FACI, Senior Director of Innovation, Chryso North America;
- Katie Bartojay, FACI, Technical Service Center Director, U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation; and
- ACI member Charles Cornman, Chief Technology Officer, QUIKRETE.
