ACI Foundation Staff Expands to Advance Mission

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., May 31, 2018 -- The ACI Foundation is pleased to announce the hiring of two new full-time staff members. Both new hires will continue to further the ACI Foundation’s mission of improving communities and positioning the concrete industry for a sustainable and successful future.

Ashley Mayra joined ACI four years ago working in the Event Services Department. She had previously worked in the resort and hotel industry after her graduation from Central Michigan University.  Mayra has been hired as the Assistant Director of the ACI Foundation. She will manage the current programs and help to grow and create new programs, as well as raise awareness of the ACI Foundation and its mission

Jennifer DeWall has worked for several local and national nonprofits including the Ford Global Action Team at JDRF, the Detroit Historical Society, and the American Cancer Society. DeWall now serves as the ACI Foundation’s first Development Director. She will be responsible for designing and executing the overall fundraising strategy for the ACI Foundation.

“The ACI Foundation has been undergoing enormous growth and change recently,” stated Ann Daugherty, Executive Director, ACI Foundation. “The background and expertise of Mayra and Dewall are welcome additions to our organization.
