Concrete Research Council

The Concrete Research Council (CRC) seeks concrete research projects that further the knowledge and sustainability of concrete materials, construction, and structures in coordination with ACI Technical Committees.

The ACI Foundation is changing its process for identifying and funding research and innovation.

Several benefits of this change are:

  • Balanced support for defined and undefined research,
  • Wider input to identify ACI and industry needs, and
  • Prioritizing support of critical work and solutions for industry-wide issues.

  • To implement these improvements, the ACI Foundation is discontinuing the Annual Request for Proposals that was managed by the Concrete Research Council. A new process will be used next spring to allocate 2025 program funding. Follow the ACI Foundation to stay informed of the process changes.
